The Plaza is the perfect casual outdoor space for you to host events like pancake breakfasts and barbeques, while still being close enough to enjoy the amenities provided in the Students’ Union Building.
This venue is regularly booked by members of the campus community for department gaterings.
Only 1 external (non-Students' Union) event is permitted in the Plaza per month. All event requests require approval from the Director of Conferencing and Events.
All events in the Plaza must be confirmed with a signed contract and deposit 30 days out. We suggesting initiating the booking process with a coordinator atleast 60 days in advance.
